The IVS800 Fully Automatic Ubbelohde Viscometer System, designed with the Ubbelohde viscometer as its core, complies with relevant standards such as ISO, GB, and DIN. It achieves a fully automatic testing process, including automatic sampling, automatic measurement, automatic calculation, automatic cleaning, automatic waste discharge, and automatic drying. The timing accuracy can reach 0.001 seconds. It provides a stable and uniform temperature field with a deviation of ≤±0.01℃ for the test, ensuring the accuracy of experimental data.
Testing Procedure
1. Weighing
Weigh the sample using a balance with a precision of one ten-thousandth and place it into the sample bottle. Use the DP25 automatic liquid dispenser to transfer the solvent into the sample bottle.
2. Dissolving
Place the sample bottle into the Zhongwang Polymer Dissolver P12 and dissolve the sample according to the specified temperature and time.
3. Viscosity Testing
Turn on the IVS800 viscometer and set the water bath temperature. Remove the sample bottle from the P12 dissolver and place it into the sample chamber of the viscometer. Open the software to initiate automatic sampling and testing.
4. Test Results
The results are automatically calculated based on the formula.
